Affiliate Terms

Any Devote account holder can apply from the Earn with Devote page. Every application is reviewed by hand, and we may approve or decline it.

The program is currently open to new applications.

Once approved, you get a personal link. A new account is credited to you if it’s created within 30 days of using your link. If someone uses more than one affiliate link, the last one they used counts.

Each person can be credited to one affiliate, once. People who already had a Devote account, and your own accounts, don’t count.

Activation bonus: ₵2 for each of your first 50 referred people who create a module and generate study material in Devote, then ₵0.15 for each one after that. Bonuses that are cancelled (for example, for a fake or duplicate account) don’t count towards the first 50.

Commission: 20% of the first Premium plan a referred person buys, as long as they buy within 3 months (90 days) of signing up. Commission is paid once per person — renewals, later purchases, AI credit top-ups and book purchases don’t earn commission.

Offers: from time to time we post bonus offers on your dashboard (for example, a bonus for reaching a number of activated or paying referrals within a set period). Each offer’s target, reward and dates are shown on the dashboard, and the bonus is added to your balance automatically, once, when you reach the target inside the offer’s period.

Commissions, and bonuses for offers based on paying referrals, are held for 14 days before they become available to withdraw. If the payment behind an earning is refunded or disputed, that earning is cancelled.

Activation bonuses and bonuses for offers based on activated referrals are available straight away.

Mobile Money: request a withdrawal of ₵50 or more from your dashboard. We pay it by hand to the Mobile Money account on your affiliate profile and email you the transaction reference. You can have one Mobile Money request in progress at a time.

AI credits: convert ₵100.51 or more of your available balance into Devote AI credits at ₵1 = 5 credits. Conversions are instant and final.

If we can’t complete a Mobile Money withdrawal, we tell you why and the amount goes back into your available balance.

Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and sign-ups obtained by misleading people aren’t allowed. We review referrals for signs of these, and referrals we find in breach don’t earn — any earnings from them are cancelled.

We may suspend an affiliate account that breaks these terms. When an account is suspended, its link stops crediting new sign-ups and earnings still in the holding period are cancelled. Earnings that had already cleared stay payable unless they came from referrals found to be in breach.

Promote Devote honestly: don’t make claims about Devote that aren’t true, and don’t send spam.
